Forking a template gives you a private, editable copy. Adjust the five rubric weights (accuracy, methodology, tool fluency, communication, real-world fit) to match how your team actually hires. The grading code is unchanged; you are only changing how the dimensions are weighted for your role.
Marketplaces for templates are a cost center sold as a network effect. A helpdesk template someone wrote in 2022 will not catch the current MFA flow; the one written thirty seconds ago has not been tested by anyone. We keep the official gallery small and maintain it. You can still build your own: the composer is right there. We just will not pretend the long tail is helping you.
