how the rank is computed

Best graded score. Highest first.

The board sorts by your best graded assessment score on the 0 to 100 rubric. There is a board per track, plus a global board that takes your best score across all tracks, so a strong candidate shows up once, not once per track.

Best graded score, primary sort, highest first.
Per-track boards: rank within helpdesk, networking, and the rest.
Global board: your single best score across every track.
Only graded self-assessments count; private recruiter scenarios never appear.

You opt in. Not us.

The default is private. You do not appear until you opt in and pick a public handle. Turn it off any time and your rows clear.

Default off: you are never added without opting in.
You pick a public handle; your legal name is never shown.
Remove yourself any time and your entries are deleted.
Your cert stands on its own; it does not depend on the board.
